On May 23, 2023, there will be a public hearing, at the Landmarks Preservation Commission, on proposed rules pursuant to City Administrative Procedures Act.
via LPC website: “Proposed amendments to Chapters 2, 5, 7 and 12 of title 63 of the Rules of the City of New York, consisting of amendments to existing rules, including amendments concerning storefronts, signage, sidewalks, HVAC, and solar panels expedited Certificates of No Effect, master plans and district master plans, the Historic Preservation Grant Program, and a new proposed Chapter 14 concerning public petition for rule-making.”
Hearing is first item up on the 23rd, agenda is subject to change.
