Wed, April 10th CPC To Vote On Voids

The upcoming calendar of the NYC Planning Commission has added the Voids Text Amendment to its agenda. No word, yet, on any changes (if there are any changes) to the proposed text.

Update: as of Tuesday, April 9th, a modification has been been to the text. Instead of the 25′ limit to the mechanical voids (still excluded as FAR) it has now been increased to 30′.
