May 29th: NYC Council to vote on voids

The Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises voted to approve the DPC’s residential mechanical voids amendments with modifications. They reduced the void height to the originally proposed 25′ before it will count towards the height limits of buildings. This is expected to be voted on at the full council meeting, 5/29, 1:30pm.
